Study On The Forest Resource Values Of The Hunan Zhongpo National Forest Park

Forest resource refers to plants and animals in the forest and forest land, which can be called forest land and the environment. With people increase on the material and cultural needs, demand of forest resources is not only the production of timber and forest by-products of biological resources, but also as the forest environment resources (including forest conservation of water resources, forest resources and forest landscape) have been using, which is the development of industry, agriculture, and act more important to develop tourism, health care. This paper takes Hunan slope of Forest Park as the research material. The analysis of the Forest Park vegetation types, value of ecological service function, ecological benefit, and the evaluation of forest resources of the park by analytic hierarchy process, results show that:(1) On the forest resources from the quality and value of evaluation, through calculation, the total value of the forest resources about the slope of Forest Park reached175939600yuan, of which, the value function of forest, forest by-products offer for16050700yuan/year, climate regulation, water conservation, adjusting function value to achieve60168700yuan/year, support function value to biodiversity conservation and oxygen carbon16101200yuan/year, social culture function was83619000yuan/year. The forest resources in the slope of Forest Park value according to the value order is:Tourism and science and Education>sulfur dioxide purification efficiency of Forest Products>benefits of water conservation benefit of forest by-product benefit>climate regulation benefits.(2) Based on the forest resources in the Pocareful analysis, screening out the comprehensive benefits evaluation of forest resources in the slope of forest products, forest products, oxygen and carbon sequestration, biodiversity, forest, the profit rate of investment internal rate of return of15indicators, using analytic hierarchy process, establish comprehensive benefit of forest resources in the slope evaluation system, determine the weight of each index, so that the weight efficiency index reference layers respectively0.4017, forest resources ecological contribution of0.4554,0.1755level of ecological development, influence for ecological benefit economic benefit> social benefits.On the basis of forest value of quantitative evaluation, for each functional area of the service function of ecological system construction this paper put forward the following suggestions:strengthen the park quality protection, increase the park area; improve the mechanization rate per unit area, reduce labor input; rational use of chemical fertilizer, improve the park production potential; ensure the park investment in fixed assets, improve park a total output value; improve the agricultural product market system, safeguard the interests of farmers; improve the park ecological benefit and social benefit, promote sustainable development of the park.
