In the study,we collected51tomato germplasm resources and observed their agronomic traits. And then analyzed the genetic relationship between them and the genetic diversity using SRAP molecular marker technology combining cluster analysis. We observed agronomic traits of tomato and studied on the genetic diversity of tomato to guidance and provide the basis for crossbreeding. To tomato cultivation areas and demonstration garden in Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangxi, and we accessed to relevant documents, we investigated some new tomato cultivation methods, in order to guide production and provide a basis for improved cultivation methods. The main results were as follows:1, We collected51copies of germplasm resources, observed and counted31agronomic traits of them such as leaves, soluble solids and hardness of their fruits. Their agronomic traits varied, reflecting the diversity of resources.2, SRAP marker polymorphism analysis. We selected11pairs of polymorphic primers from100pairs of random primers, and got61bands through the amplification reaction, of which accounted for45polymorphic bands rating up to73.8%.In average, per pair primers to amplify5.5bands but to4.1polymorphic bands.3, SRAP markers cluster analysis. Based on the above results, genetic similarity values ranged from0.5082to0.9836. Material47and material8had the minimum genetic similarity value. That meant they had the lowest genetic similarity. Material29and material30had the maximum genetic similarity value. That meant they had the highest genetic similarity.Tested materials were divided into four groups in the threshold of0.74. The first category hasl3,fruits most of which is pink; The second category:2, fruit is orange; The third category:28, most fruits are red, while some are pink and crimson, etc., but not separated; The fourth category:8,yellow fruit, but not fully separated from the red part.
