This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of controlled release nitrogen fertilizer on nutrient uptake, yield of rice and winter wheat and soil nutrient. Two years experiment results show that compared with conventional fertilization methods, controlled release nitrogen fertilizer nutrient release could satisfy nutrient uptake of rice and winter wheat, increased the rice and winter wheat yield, reduce the nutrient leaching, improves the nitrogen use efficiency, the main results were as follows:1Compared with conventional fertilization treatment, controlled release nitrogen fertilizer could enhance the biomass, nitrogen accumulation and grain yield of rice significantly, the yield increase rate was from8.23%to17.10%, while improve height and chlorophyll under the same amount.Compared to single controlled release fertilizer, different controlled release fertilizer blending could further improve the rice yield.2The rice nitrogen absorption regularity was shown as:Nutrient uptake of rice was little at the early growth; With rice growth accelerated, from elongation stage to booting stage, nitrogen absorption accumulation was accelerated; the nitrogen uptake decreased during the reproduction growth stage. Compared with conventional fertilization treatment, the stage and accumulation of nitrogen uptake were significant positive relationships with rice yield, respectively. Therefor controlled release nitrogen fertilizer better satisfied with rice nutrient uptake than conventional fertilization treatment.3The controlled release nitrogen fertilizer could reduce nitrogen leaching effectively while soil nitrogen surplus quantity were higher than conventional fertilization treatment. Therefor ontrolled release nitrogen fertilizer could enhance the agronomy efficiency of applied N, the nitrogen ues efficiency and partial factor productivity, PSCU was superior to the PCU actually.4Compared with conventional fertilization treatment, controlled release nitrogen fertilizer could enhance grain yield of winter wheat, increased by1.01%-4.91%, It showed that N supply of controlled release nitrogen could satisfy crop N demand through the growing season. Because of the PCU which was greatly influenced by soil temperature and humidity conditions, the PSCU is superior to the PCU under actual production of winter wheat.
