With the fast developing of the Internet of things technology, the people give moreand more attention to the location of things. All fields have applied positioning technologyinto the general scientific research, commercial activity, emergency search and rescue andthe like. Due to the high work efficiency and high-level information management of thepositioning system, since it has high practical value.GPS is the best system in self-navigation and location tracking, however every nodesneed one GPS module, in addition, the high price, high energy consumption and strictwork environment where relative position is only need in particular area of some fields, forinstance, the location of the sheep in the pastureland, the location of children in park and soon, what does GPS provide is latitude and longitude coordinates. Therefore which is awaste, nevertheless RFID is a very appropriate method to satisfy the special need.The active RFID location system in my project is main used for, the family prairie,which is based on the433MHz frequency. The farmer can get informations form thesystem conveniently which can reduce workforce and improve efficiency. What I do in myresearch centre on the syetem as follows:Firstly, giving a detailed explanation of the composition, Spectrum and technicalcharacteristics of the system, the application status and prospect in the stock farming.Providing detailed information on the positioning principle and common locationalgorithm of RFID, carring out a series of testing experiment on RSSI after fully analysison distance measuring skill of RSSI, including the test of the different distance, thedifferent environment, the different height and blocking influence, the positioning methodof noise model combining centroid algorithm is finally confirmed after comparing somemodels.The main design of the syetem is two parts: hardware and software, STC89C52RCprocessor is used as master control module in the part of the hardware, CC1101RF model from TI company constructs the platform for RF transceiver chip. The software includingReal-time acquisition interface and location interface, exploitation environment ofMicrosoft Visual Studio2010and positioning algorithm of C#language are embedded intothe WPF interface, the WPF interface including four funcations:(1) setting the parameters of the system, like coordinates of reader, value of RSSI,Signal propagation model parameters and so on.(2) displaying the estimated position of the label in the position area, which can getthe result audio-visual.(3) hiddening or showing the circular track which can get position result convenently.(4) Beep on Error when produce false result.Finally, testing the positioning performance, the experimental results on the surface ofthe active RFID location system have better positioning accuracy, which can meet theactual requirements.
