By means of screening the digital gene digital expression library of Northeast Min pig(NM)(Female and Male) and Changbaishan wild boar(CW)(Female and Male),This researchgroup have found more than20genes relating to development of muscle fibers and meatquality.This experiment selecting RXRB and MYOM-1gene,with the material of NM(♀♂)and CW(♀♂),carry out the the mRNA expression profiles analysis,single nucleotideploymorphisms analysis,Genetic structure analysis,aiming to provide a scientific basis forgrasping the effect on meat quality and muscle fibers development of pig,and for improvingmusle traits and Slaughter traits in pig.The result reveals that whether in comparison between two varieties of same gender pig, orin comparison between two gender of same variety, the comperhensive differences in the levelsof mRNA expression of these two genes were observed in most of tissues. the expression ofRXRB gene in muscle tissues are commonly higher than in others, so we speculate that RXRBgene may be one of the key candidate genes to affecting pork quality and development ofmuscle fibers,and does not express in many tissues of two kinds of pigs, it follows that theexpression of RXRB gene is specific in tissues and varieties,it conforms to the conclusion thatexpression of RXRB gene changes as time and location in previous studies.The expression ofMYOM-1gene present the erratic change,through analysis between single nucleotideploymorphisms of MYOM-1gene and musle traits and Slaughter traits in pig,It was found thatthere is no significant difference in musle traits and Slaughter traits between each group(P>0.05),MYOM-1gene maybe Play a role of the Housekeeping gene,for maintain thefoundmental Physiological state and function of muscle fibers, improving musle traits andSlaughter traits can not be achieved by changing its expression.Using the Homologous gene of RXRB and MYOM-1in various specise to makephylogenetic trees,it was found that the higher degree of gene diversity in a specise, the strongerability for resisting pressure from the outside world,and maintaining the stability of specise;Ifthe evolutionary distance between two or more specises is too short,the are easy to be interfereby other specise,lossing their independence,getting extincted;RXRB gene is a highly evolvedgene,founctiones very complicatedly in complicatedly ways,on the contrary,MYOM-1gene is acomparing primitive and lowly,Housekeeping gene-like gene,founctiones simply,dose not play acritical role in musle traits and Slaughter traits.
