This paper adopts the research method of survey sampling and laboratory analysis werecombined,by comparing different tillage soil physical,chemical and biological changes ofcharacters,effects of different tillage methods on soil microaggregate and particle composition,organic matter,available nutrient and effect of microbial community and diversity andrelationship,comprehensive evaluation of response to tillage soil fertility. The main results areas follows:1. Four tillage treatments in0-20cm and20-40cm soil layer in1-0.25mm,0.25-0.05mm,0.05-0.01mm,0.01-0.005mm,0.005-0.001mm,<0.001mm content of soil micro aggregateswere0.64%-5.61%,16.00%-45.16%,39.58%-53.98%,6.69%-13.02%,0.74%-11.67%,3.02%-6.78%. As a result,four tillage soil micro aggregates mainly0.25-0.05mm and0.05-0.01mm grade,so it could be that the tested soil becomes the main carrier of target soilfertility in micro aggregates of0.25mm-0.01mm.2. The effects of tillage methods on soil organic matter and nutrient. In addition to thenutrients available potassium the rest of the available nutrients in TF-A processing to improveis the largest. Soil available potassium is TL-n treatment to improve the biggest. By analyzingthe contrast shows four types of farming to TF-A best treatment effect, namely the commune+organic fertilizer processing.3. The farming practices on soil enzyme activity: the influence of four kinds of cultivationmode TF-A processing soil sucrase and alkaline phosphatase activity (surface) relative to thehighest levels; Urease in TS-best Y treatment; Soil catalase activity in TL-n treatment biggestchange; Together, four kinds of farming methods for the influence of four kinds of enzymes inthe soil have different degrees of influence, therefore, is suitable for farming methods and thecorresponding combination of cropping system to be effective to guarantee the sustainabledevelopment of land.4. Four tillage,plough layer and plough layer soil microbes are farmers plowing tillage onsoil microbial population diversity increased. Through the DGGE strip map calculated soilShannon diversity index (Shannon’s index),showed high similarity in the cultivation of thesame level not as microbial population structure in the surface soil; not as the same depth of theplough layer soil microbial population structure also has high similarity. So that four kinds of different tillage can improve soil micro environment.
