| More than a century in raging of the banana wilt disease, numerous study were made, but the wilt disease is still considered as the "cancer" of bananas. Various means of prevention and control of Fusarium are endless, integrating these means reasonablely and the comprehensive of prevention and control is the only way to resolve the wilt disease of banana ultimately. Biological Control of banana wilt is an important part of comprehensive of prevention and control, while the bacteria of banana in the prevention and control wilt disease of banana has the an advantage can not be replaced--no barriers to colonize, and the unique physiological advantages of the Bacillus subtilis in bacteria makes them great potential for biological control.In this paper, the materials are bags of banana tissue culture contaminated that were formde of the suckers of healthy bananas in endemic areas of fusarium wilt, and from these materials the endophyte are separated and purified,2482 original strain were separated and purified, from the 1461 bags of banana tissue culture. After the initial observation of colony morphology, we divided them into three categories, including 218 fungi,2196 bacteria,68 actinomycetes.And then,35 endophytic bacteria were screened gradually whose effect of antagonistic to the Fusarium oxysporum is stronger.The two Fusarium oxysporum antagonistic bacteria 0202-2 and 1112. respectively, spread on medium containing different concentrations of rifampicin. the selected resistance markers can be used as antagonistic bacteria 0202-2(R1 for short) and 1112(R2 for short). Inoculated the Foc4 to the banana plants roots.1 d later inoculated the antagonistic bacteria R1 and R2 drug-resistant markerd. Measured the colonization within the situation of antagonistic bacteria in the rhizosphere, roots, bulbs and pseudostem at different times. The results showed that: 1. The antagonistic bacteria inoculated banana root 1~3 d after the rhizosphere soil of plants exist in a large number of bacteria, the roots, bulbs and false memory in a small amount of antagonistic bacteria stems;2. Inoculated 7~14 d. the plant roots. the corm and pseudostem increased default antagonistic bacteria colonization, and reached the maximum amount:3. After inoculation 14~21 d. the plant roots, bulbs and planting false stems declined sharply antagonistic bacteria;4. Inoculation at 28~35d plant roots, bulbs and planting false stems sliaht increase in the amount of antagonistic bacteria. |
