Research On Industrialization And Investment Benefit Of Urban Public Parking Facilities

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of sustained economic and social development and people’s living standards,the vehicle ownership grows rapidly, caused a lot of parking demand.In China, cities public parking supply shortage led to the contradiction between parking supply and demand have become increasingly prominent,which raise to difficulties in traveling,parking and other cities a common problem.The phenomenon of illegal lane vehicle seriously hindered the road traffic capacity, increased social and economic running costs, affecting urban air pollution and residents quality of life, become restricting urban operating efficiency, influence the quality of life of the people and hinder a major bottleneck in the development of urban economy.However, the huge amount of funds invested in the construction of public parking facilities, to solve the problem of inadequate public parking facilities, government investment alone is not enough.The fundamental way out is the government should make the market method, actively attract social capital to participate in the investment and construction of urban public parking facilities, to achieve public parking facilities investment, construction, operation, management of the market, professional and intelligent development.In this paper, from the perspective of investment, construction, management and industry development of public parking facilities, the development of urban parking facilities industrialization as the research object, the paper studies the road of industrialization development and investment benefits of urban public parking facilities.The main contents of this paper are as follows:firstly, the background,development present situation and the problems of urban public parking are introduced;secondly,this paper introduces the theoretical research results and experience of urban public parking problems at home and abroad; then it introduces the construction standard and operation mode of public parking facilities in our country are analyzed, and discusses the general idea to speed up the development of urban parking facilities industrialization in china; then analyze and calculate the cost and the income of the investment of different types of urban public parking facilities, and analyze and evaluate the benefits of the urban public parking facilities before and after the industrial policy; finally to Hangzhou public parking facilities investment, construction and management of practice and industrialization path of case studies, also for the future public parking facilities industrialization development are proposed.
