Research On Dynamic Environmental Impact And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Strategic Execution

A right strategy is the premise of the enterprise’s survival and the development, but has a correct strategy is not enough, only when the strategy has been effectively performed to play its role. Strategy implementation power is the guarantee to execute the enterprise strategy effectively. There are many factors which can influence the strategy implementation power. In addition to the influence factors of each process of strategic execution, the environment also have important effects on it. Now, in face of the complex and dynamic environment, enterprises should have more forceful strategic executive ability. Therefore, study the effect of dynamic environment on strategic executive ability is inevitably valuable.Based on the past research literature, this paper proposed a model about the dynamic environment effects on strategic executive ability, then measured the variables in the model, and has tested the the assumptions of the model.This paper attempts to answer two questions: First, which kinds of the dynamic environmental factors affect the enterprise strategic executive ability? Second, in view of the dynamic environment’s influences on the strategic executive ability, what measures can be taken to improve enterprise’s strategic executive ability? Around these two problems, this paper adopts theoretical analysis and empirical research to research the two above questions.This research collects data by questionnaire survey.In the process of data processing, this paper mainly using the factor analysis, variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to check the model.Through quantitative empirical and theoretical research we got the main affecting dynamic environmental factors on strategic executive ability. Then according to these factors, some strategy of improving the strategic executive ability are put forward by two different perspectives.
