A Study On The Relationship Between Organizational Politics And Team R & D Capability Of High - Tech Enterprises

High technology enterprise is a strategic leading enterprise of the National economy, an important force in speeding up transformation of the economic development now. As a high technology enterprise, R&D team is the most important research part, and the direct power to promote the development of high technology enterprise. Through its own R&D ability R&D team cultivates the enterprise’s innovation performance. Therefore, the ability of R&D team development and the enterprise innovation management is an important topic.Through literature review, further analysis the organizational political behavior in the high technology enterprise. Organizational political behavior can be divided into general political behavior, relationships behavior and career advancement behavior. In this paper, the analysis of personnel organizational political behavior is more comprehensive than before, getting rid of bias. Combining R&D system view, namely "input-transformation-output" point of view, the team R&D ability is divided into innovative quality, team cooperation ability and the team research output. In this article, the empirical study founded that R&D team’s OPB has a linear relationship with R&D capabilities, including that general organizational political behavior, interpersonal behavior and team R&D ability were positively correlated relationship; Career competition behavior and team are negatively related R&D capabilities. Goal commitment is also not willing to give up goals even in the face of difficulties, is the enterprise core competitiveness of the team. This paper discusses under different strength of goal commitment, organizational political behavior the effect of strength on the relationship between the team research and development capabilities, and found a certain situation, goal commitment adjusted positively the relationship of general political behavior, interpersonal behavior and team development skills.Finally, I suggest some advices to the high technology enterprise about R&D personnel management are in order to help high technology enterprise effectively improve the current situation of technological innovation and improve the ability of technology innovation.
