Since China reform and opening up, the market economy developed steadily, science and technology is also becoming more and more innovative, the news media has also appeared in the field of competition and market mechanism, especially since the we media has been rising in China as rapid development of the network. The rapid development of the media platform makes China enter the era of information dissemination of the we media. Although this has greatly accelerated the development of China information communication in the quality and quantity, But due to this competition and the market as well as the "Big Bang" of information dissemination, and the lack of the legal and effective supervision mechanism of the we media, it inevitably brought about a series of moral issues that are produced by the we media in the dissemination. People begin to question whether we media can bring real, fair and objective information to the audience as the traditional media when in the process of development of China we media. If allow this question to develop, we media will lost the audience’s trust, it is not hard to imagine how the rise of China we media that only develop in recent decades will be. So I think, It is an urgent task for the problem of moral failing and countermeasures in the current communication of China we media. Only the media operators himself as a qualified disseminator of information, only insist on correct moral direction and professional ethics. At the same, establishing effective supervision mechanism and access mechanism, relevant laws and regulations can be established and be perfect, in order to make the media industry of China’s development to stride forward towards the right direction in the future.This article originates from the we media, first to put forward the moral failing phenomenon which existing in current we media communication behavior, then for the reasons of these phenomena to describe and analyze, and finally put forward the feasible solutions. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, after describing the related research status about our country’s we media, and points out the research ideas and innovation points. The second part is the second chapter, the overview of the we media communication, the definition of the traditional media and the we media, and describes the form and characteristics of the latter. The third part is the third chapter, analysis of the emergence of moral failing problem in the we media communication and the reasons for these problems. First, put forward the moral failing problem existing in we media communication, such as spread of false information, infringement phenomenon, malicious speculation, vulgar pornographic content and hiding advertisement, and then analyze the reasons of these problems, which includes objective to explore the effects of information market, the legal loophole of our country present stage and lack of effective management and supervision mechanism for the we media. The fourth part is the fourth chapter, improves the moral governance for we media communication, including the improvement of we media operators own accomplishment, to speed up the establishment of the news law and in which clearly defined that the we media shall abide for the relevant laws and regulations, and set up the system to ensure that the we media should have the moral mechanism in the transmission. The fifth part is the conclusion.
