With the rapid development of computer technology and the mobile Internet,and the government, enterprises and other institutions to accelerate the pace of modernization, more and more data needs to be calculated and stored. The emergence of cloud computing to solve a lot of problems in the traditional computing model and the storage system. Cloud computing is a commercial service-oriented computing model,which integrates different types of heterogeneous resources including physical and virtual resources into a virtual resource pool and provides users with various types of services on demand. As an application mode of cloud computing, IaaS directly offers services which are encapsulated by computing resources, storage space and network bandwidth to users. Scheduling strategy is the core of cloud computing and plays a very important role in platform stability and service reliability.So it is very important to study the scheduling strategy in IaaS layer of cloud computing.Cloud computing is a new service model with a commercial mark, the purpose of each cloud service provider is to maximize the business benefits.Therefore, we should give priority to meet the request of the customer, under this principle, the high priority customers of a many-processor multitask IaaS layer rapidly increase. That is, the possibility of the intensiveness saturated event of high priority customer will greatly improve. Under this circumstance, to ensure the Qos of the system becomes the key point the the IaaS layer. FIFO algorithm is relatively simple, but to ensure Qos system, it still need to make advantage of the existed Hierarchical Weighted Algorithm(HWA) to initially realize. While based on the high priority customer feature of intensiveness, HWA will gradually become FIFO-like service model and then decrease Qos.Due to the shortage of the above scheduling strategy, this paper proposes a composite weighted scheduling algorithm(CWSA) for the characteristics of cloud computing IaaS layer. First designs prioritized dynamic dedicated server scheduling model; on this basis, based on hierarchical weighted scheduling strategy proposed a dynamic feedback scheduling strategy. Then propose an analytical model to evaluate the performance of the proposed scheduling algorithm, eventually through simulation verify the proposed algorithm CWSA in IaaS layer is effective.This article is based on Inspur cloud environment to finish the simulation, the simulation process compared with FIFO and HWA.Simulation results show that the scheduling algorithm in high priority customers request intensive, system throughput, the average occupancy can be improved to some extent, QoS can get better assurance, stable performance of the system obtained a better guarantee. Therefore, the use of this scheduling strategy, cloud service providers will be able to benefit larger, the scheduling strategy in the cloud services environment has a better business value.But the division of the algorithm for priority method is not perfect enough, and the distribution of the resource pool method also needs to be improved.
