In recent years, more and more families choose using the broadcasting network. The outer channel resources of coaxial cable are fully utilized to build up broadband access network on the last 100 meters of distribution network, which is called High performance Network Over Coax (HINOC) access network. HINOC technology is the key to achieve multi-service broadband access. At the same time, research on HINOC MAC protocol is very important and meaningful to improve the access network bandwidth and development of triple play.HINOC 1.0 standard has matured and HINOC2.0 standard is being researched about access networks HINOC MAC protocol in Triple play. Polling control is one of the basic control mechanism.But these basic models are unable to meet the need of communication technology in practice. This paper use Markov Chain and probability generating function as analytical method and propose parallel scheduling two-levels priority polling system model for these reasons. One is the first model in which gated service is used by common station and exhaustive service is used by center station, the other is the second model in which exhaustive service is used by common station and gated service is used by center station. We get accurate expressions of mean queue length(MQL), mean cycle period(MCP) and system throughput (ST) for common station and center station. And then these performances are verified by experiment. This paper introduces HINOC2.0 access network protocol in detail. Current research focuses on how to improve the Quality of Service(QoS) and guarantee the priority in HINOC2.0 MAC protocol. In addition, it is difficult to solve accurate mathematical expression. This paper designs a new HINOC MAC protocol binding established model. Priority control field HM_QoS is added to the original frame header, The same priority business data frame enter the same queue. Information packet is served through parallel scheduling two-levels priority polling control scheme. Then the system characteristics including MQL, MCP,ST and MWT were analyzed or simulated. We also use MATLAB simulation software to simulate the characteristics of the system, Theoretical calculations and simulation results are identical and show that the new protocol differentiates priorities efficiently and compared with conventional polling MAC it has a better performance.
