The goal of Higher Vocational and technical education is to cultivate high-quality, skilled personnel, in the recruitment of teachers is different from ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the industry, enterprise work experience.With the progress of information technology and social economy development, the traditional teacher recruitment has been behind the times the pace of the, through the information system to complete the recruitment of teachers is an inevitable trend, and will apply for personnel and recruitment unit both sides to provide convenient, implementation of the recruitment work paperless, networking, high efficiency, safety and standardization, reduce unnecessary energy and financial resources of the waste, make the recruitment work smoothly.
