As banks expanding their business and clients asking for more kinds of service, higher work efficiency and less running costs are more and more important for banks developing. In order to improve the reservation and purchase system of financial products, the thesis is working in terms of the system background, contribution and the existing research and current application status. The thesis optimizes the work flow, makes the function clear and builds the database based on business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. In the analysis of work flow, the thesis analyzes the problem on the process, organizational functions, existing working flow and improved work flow. Furthermore, the thesis optimizes the work flow of announcement issuing, recommendation notice, risk evaluation, reservation and purchase, after sales management, redemption management, forecasting the situation that how much money would return account from financial products in the end of each quarter and follow-up inspection. In the analysis of function, the thesis makes the function more clear through the use case analysis of the system and establishment of the system function package diagram. Finally, recreating tables related to function system mentioned in the system facilitates creating the thumbnail for building database model. All the work make the reservation and purchase system of financial products more convenient because bank staff serving clients more efficient and creating more profits.
