Research And Analysis On The Management System Of The Committee Of The Communist Youth League In Southwest Guizhou Province

Conference management system of the Communist Youth League of Qianxinan Prefecture Committee is a program that can manage much information, such as meeting plans, meeting notice, checking attendance, meeting data, meeting affairs, meeting summary, meeting publicity, users, the data of the system and so on. Using the Conference management system is very convenient when the category, size and members of the meeting are different. It will give great assistance to help the public servants manage the meetings. All information is stored in data base so that every department can check it anytime.This dissertation introduces the research background and meaning of the conference management system of the Communist Youth League of Qianxinan Prefecture Committee, and clears the significance, the main work of the paper. It analyzes the business, organization and business members, the original business processes in business analysis. It also presented the optimized business process. In the function analysis, the dissertation illustrates the overall structure and every module of the system by analyzing the role analysis, data flow analysis, the system function structure. The module of the system includes meeting plan management, notice of meeting management, meeting attendance management, data management, conference management, conference management, conference summary conference publicity management, user management and other functions in the module. In data analysis, the dissertation analyzes the data about the system. It shows the results with E-R Diagrammer and establishes the structure of the database table; the dissertation summarizes the research and analysis of the paper, and looks forward to the further work.
