Campus informationization has improved greatly in our country in recent years.the construction of campus informatization has made great progress in our country, whether for educational administration management or for faculty and students in school management has achieved higher achievement, a lot of information system applied to campus. But there is no denying that there are some management field has not been seriously, in the campus still exist in the management of information island, the obvious is the problem for school laboratory equipment management. Since a long time, along with our country for the combination of theory and practice of teaching students, colleges and universities to the construction of the school laboratory inputs increase, or more related equipment purchasing, and brought some problems for the management of the laboratory work, appear even the repeat purchase, repair service in a timely manner, and affect the students in class.Based on investigation of the current laboratory equipment management actual situation, to some of the problems existing in the current laboratory equipment management work has carried on the induction summary, discussed the necessity of laboratory equipment management informatization. With the help of object-oriented thought and the current popular software development technology, on the system analysis and design. In demand analysis, this paper analyzes the current laboratory equipment management of the business, the related business process are described, by means of flow chart of system and the role of system functions through in the form of a use case diagram and the intuitive. In system design, through to the system overall design and module design, with the help of a static class diagram and sequence diagram of the system each function module design is introduced in detail. Then by e-r diagram and system database are introduced in the form of a database table. Finally, the paper summarized the content of the research, points out the deficiency existing in the current system, and further improvement of the system and the future were discussed.
