Research And Analysis On Railway Safety Risk Early Warning Management System

To meet the demand of the rapid development of railway, importing the concept of risk-management, building the construct of safety-control system is playing an important role in the field of railway bureau and safety in production. The concept of "safety first" can only be kept in mind by keeping motivate worker and building restraint mechanism. So that safety production can be ensured and disaster can be avoided. In this paper, an information management system is developed to work in with the safety-management. Therefore, Nanchang railway bureau can realize risk-examine,risk-warnning and risk-management by making use of this application.Background, significance and the current usage status of this software were introduced in the introduce of this paper. During the part of analysis, the shortage of current using system, organization structure were deeply analysed. Moreover in this part, an optimised work-flow is arised. Meanwhile, functions of each part of modul were clearly defined by the data-flow diagram and data-dictionary, and the framework and functional modul structure were also defined in the following part. DataBase was found after E-R diagram has been build in order to restore all the data which was used and productived during the usage of this mis.
