Comprehensive quality assessment of students’ management is an important part of the students’ management at school, which is a key component of the core content and student education. With the continuous development and in-depth reform of teaching, the information of students’management, particularly the management of the overall quality of the increasingly high demand, such as the more and more comprehensive evaluation index, the more stringent calculation rules of evaluation score, more accurate entry of student’s achievement, the result is that the daily workload of student information management becomes more and more,which inevitably promotes the network of student information management.The development of an efficient and comprehensive evaluation of the student management system is imminent.This paper describes the current status of research of the comprehensive quality assessment of students’ management in the past few decades; secondly,this paper made the demands’ analysis and systems’ design with the principles and methods of software engineering. During the demands’ analysis, it designed the business flow chart system, class diagrams thumbnails and use case diagram by the method of object-oriented modeling language UML, describing the entire process evaluation management system; in the detailed design, the system realized the evaluation index management, evaluation form to fill management, evaluation process management, public management, basic information management functions, as well as the database design of every function module in detail; By the end of the article,it made the summary of the system to further improvement and proposed the next step in the future.
