The equipment of heat recovery has the characteristics of large inertia,large time-dela y,nonlinearity and multiple disturbance,but the conventional PID control methods is not se nsitive to the variational parameter,so this method can’t get satisfactory result.Fuzzy contr ol algorithm can make up for the inadequacy of the PID control,but its static control eff ect is poorer than the PID control.In this paper,in order to realize the precise control of water temperature on exports,we will combine the fuzzy control algorithm with the PID control for the design of the equipment of heat recovery.In this paper,Firstly,learning the theory of fuzzy-PID control algorithm,and designing the measurement and control system for the equipment of heat recovery.By using the Simulink toolbox in MATLAB,this paper presents a simulation of the conventional PID and fuzzy-PID control algorithm.The simulation results show that fuzzy PID control algorithm has better stability,dynamic response,and robustness,it can meet the requirement of the outlet water’s temperature controlling.In this measurement and control system,the hardware has been designed by using STM32F103C8T6,which is based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel as core.About the import and export,the system choose PT100 resistance for the water temperature sensor.And electromagnetic flowmeters is chosen for water flow detection sensors.The regulator circuit make up the execution unit.Human-computer interaction interface is composed by LCD.And communication interface circuit is composes by serial interface、RS485 and JTAG.The software of measurement and control system is developed in RVMDK,which is using C language program.It has realized some tasks,such as gathering temperature and flow rate data, receiving and sending data, the fuzzy-PID control algorithm and so on.the long-distance monitor system is developed by the KingView software. The interface can receive and send data from STM32 controller through a serial port communication,and then displays real-time data on the interface program,the system can realize the function of long-distance monitor.
