At present, filler wall of reinforced concrete frame structure system has been widely used in our country, however, from the point of the several times of earthquake in recent years, a large number of frame structure infilled walls suffered serious damage, caused great casualties and property losses. Indeed, the current specifications are infilled wall simplify processing, but when the earthquake suddenly happens, the interaction of framework and filling wall is quite complex. 《Code for seismic design of buildings》(GB5001-2010), reinforced concrete structure of the masonry filler wall, appropriate and column release and adopt flexible connection. However, there is no detailed concrete wall design and construction practices in the specification. In recent years, our country gradually banned the production and use of sintered clay brick, instead of a wide variety of new wall materials. Combining with the Zhangjiakou region’s rich local resources, pumice, preparation and utilization of waste polystyrene board, waste rubber and so on the new green pumice lightweight aggregate concrete composite material and filler wall was developed based on this new framework. This paper mainly includes the following several aspects:According to the present problems of the wall products in our country we developed the pumice concrete monolithic frame infilled wall and its design and construction has carried on the detailed introduction, the wall has good entirety, the construction has the advantages of convenience, heat preservation, heat insulation and seismic performance.Current calculation models are surveyed which are applied to the analysis of filler wall of reinforced concrete frame structure. Finite element analysis method is introduced, and finite element analysis models of the reinforced concrete and filler wall are compared, the constitutive relation of materials and unit used in the simulation were selected. The finite element analysis model of the integral frame infilled wall is established, compared with the 1/2 scale single span reinforced concrete frame infilled wall tested by Qunxian Huang and others in Hua Qiao University, the results of the seismic performance of test are similar. The accuracy of the selected parameters and the rationality of the simulation test method are verified. To obtain the best filling wall and frame the detaching distance, first of all, a common empty the simulation experiment was carried out and get the limit displacement of the limit displacement as a reference and detaching distance with other detaching distance filler wall in the framework of contrast test research, finally determined the best detaching distance of filling wall and frame. Finally, the pumice concrete integral framework infilled wall is compared with the ordinary masonry infilled wall, the results fully reflect the superior performance of the developed wall.Adopt the amplitude of 0.15 g and 0.3 g and 0.4 g EL Centro wave of ordinary masonry infilled wall and pumice concrete monolithic frame infilled wall for the duration of the 40 s, compared the stress time history curve of the two, the beam end displacement time history curve, and the whole wall damage, in the process of analyzing and comparing their advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of wall.Construction technology of the integral framework of pumice concrete filler wall is studied. Pumice concrete monolithic frame infilled wall is cast-in-situ, the main construction process is: mix the pumice concreteâ†' pay off the pumice concreteâ†' plant barâ†' paste the flexible connectionâ†' install the templateâ†' pour the pumice concreteâ†' remove the template and maintain the concrete. This construction method can effectively improve the efficiency of construction, reduce the engineering cost, it has significant social benefits.
