The temporary consolidation is a very important measure to ensure the safety and stability of the continuous girder bridge in the cantilever construction. It’s an very important problem in the engineering design and construction control to make the temporary consolidation setting benefit to the strength, stiffness and stability of the continuous beam bridge. Combined with practical engineering, this paper studied the influence on the internal force, deflection and the stability of the continuous beam bridge about the current method of temporary consolidation, and explored the reasonable temporary consolidation form and structure parameters to ensure the reliability, rationality and economy of the cantilever construction. This paper studied the following several points:(1)This paper made a detail analysis of the temporary consolidation structure form of the continuous girder bridge. According to the mechanical characteristics of the temporary consolidation, this paper explored the applied conditions and advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of temporary consolidation, and summarized needing attention of the key steps in the design and construction.(2)This paper made a detail introduction on the four simulation methods of the temporary consolidation. With the actual project, it explored the influence on the the result of simulation methods and temporary consolidation stiffness to get the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of simulation methods and scope of application, which provided a reference for engineering simulation analysis of the temporary consolidation in the engineering.(3)Firstly, this paper made an analysis of the force of temporary consolidation of the continuous girder bridge during cantilever construction, getting the relation formula of internal force, deflection of temporary consolidation parameters, and getting the main factors influencing the performances of the temporary consolidation. Secondly, by establishing bridge finite element model, it made a analysis of the influence of different temporary consolidation forms and temporary consolidation parameters on the stress and deflection of the bridge structure, concluding the temporary consolidation parameter design scope and the rule of the influence on the structure. Third, it studied the influence of the temporary pedestal setting on the performance of the temporary consolidation, getting a temporary pedestal setting principles. Finally, it also studied the influence of temporary consolidation parameters on the long-term deflection and got the influence law, which gave some reference to the design and construction of the temporary consolidation(4)This paper briefly introduced the stability theory of the continuous girder bridge in cantilever construction. And based on the theory of eigenvalue buckling, it studied the influence on the stability of the continuous girder bridge under the maximum cantilever state, and concluded the influence law. At the same time, it also studied the influence of the temporary piers collar beam settings on the stability of the high piers of continuous girder bridge, and got the collar beam setting principle to provide reference for reasonable setting collar beam in engineering.(5) This Paper summarized the optimization design of general mathematical model and basic methods, using the penalty function method (SUMT) to write the optimization which carried out parameter optimization of three kinds of temporary consolidation. It can conclude the temporary consolidation parameters optimization design results, providing for the selection and design of the temporary consolidation.
