China, as an ancient civilization, has a history of five thousand years of continuity. Our ancestors created a rich cultural treasure for us, which contains the various ethnic groups, regions unique way of thinking and spiritual values. Generation after generation of Chinese sons and daughters are nourished by the rich Chinese culture. Material culture heritage protection into people’s vision for a long time, and the intangible cultural heritage protection in recent years is gradually concerned by people. Rural areas, as the cradle of Intangible cultural heritage, but under the impact of the rapid modernization and urbanization, have lost their individuality, and it has to make us sigh.The Chenghuang temple worship and the temple fair of Beibaozhai village have a long history, as the representative of its Intangible cultural heritage gives a unique village space form. As the representative of the "cultural heritage type” village, Beibaozhai village can react the problems existing in the development of such kind of villages to a certain extent. First, The Chenghuang temple worship and the temple fair have the greatest impact on the village pattern evolution, but for now this kind of influence has a gradual decreasing trend, making the cultural characteristics of villages gradually lost. Although the “cultural spaces” are numerous in the village, the lack of unified planning has made them scattered. Third, traditional building forms and spatial characteristics of the village streets are disappearing. Fourth, there has a contradiction between protection and development of traditional economic. In this paper, we use the development of the village as a clue, from the perspective of the relationship between the Intangible cultural heritage and traditional villages to analyze the overall shape village, street space, the building courtyard, etc., and analyze the characteristics of village new rural construction. Explore how to both develop economic and retain the cultural characteristics at the time of the new rural construction.The research content of this articles has six chapters, chapters content roughly as follows:Chapter one: the introduction, the paper expounds this topic research background, research status at home and abroad and the paper’s main research contents and methods. Chapter two: basic environmental research of Beibaozhai village. The paper expounds the village natural environment, history and humanities environment and an overview of the economic environment. Chapter three: the research of the Intangible cultural heritage represented by Chenghuang temple worship and the temple fair of Wangqu subdistict. Chapter four: study on the traditional village form of Beibaozhai. combined with the third chapter of the study of Intangible cultural heritage, elaborate symbiotic relationship between tangible and Intangible cultural heritage, and to provide the basis for the research behind it. Chapter five: study on the holistic development of the Intangible cultural heritage and the village environment. The paper discusses the methods, objectives and principles to protect the Intangible culture heritage in the village during the rural construction time based on the previous section. Also, it combines the characteristics of the new rural construction of the village, noting that “cultural heritage type” villages like Beibaozhai need to combine with the surrounding available resources to promote economic development through the development of tourism while protecting traditional culture, proposed specific measures of sustainable development of Beibaozhai village’s rural construction. The sixth chapter is the summary of the full text for, put forward the study limitations and the outlook for the future.
