The technology of straw extrusion forming is a way to make the original loose, amorphous straw waste into solid fuel of a certain shape and density,with mechanical pressure.At present, the domestic straw briquetting molding equipment is mainly the roller type with extrusion die. Although the equipment of die roller has the advantages of highly forming efficiency, but the research about the process of straw ring die extrusion molding and forming extrusion pressure is not enough.Straw forming extrusion pressure has great important impact on the optimization of forming process parameters, the improvement of the molding equipment,the improvement of productivity and molding quality,and reduce the energy consumption and so on.In this paper, based on 9JYK-2000 A straw briquetting machine with vertical ring die and rice straw briquetting, the research was carried out for the relevant forming theory,the experiment study on straw briquetting’s physical properties was carried out for simulation parameter that molding machine and straw briquetting were simulated by ADAMS. And then,did the experiment study of straw briquetting forming extrusion pressure on 9JYK-2000 A straw briquetting machine.1)Segment the straw briquettes of ring die hole,carried the experiment on small cylinder straw sections’ physical quantity of friction coefficient, stiffness and density,which would provide a theoretical basis for ADAMS simulation parameters.Judging from the test data, the straw briquetting is a sheet stack in the extrusion process,and straw briquetting from the ring die hole’s feed end to the discharge end, the density of straw briquetting is increasing, the friction coefficient is increasing, and the stiffness is also increasing.2)The extrusion process of straw in the ring die hole of 9JYK-2000 A straw briquetting machine with vertical ring die was studied, the mathematical model of the material in the ring die hole was established, and the formula pressure in the extrusion process was derived.3)The straw briquetting of rigid flexible coupling simulation would conducted by ADAMS,after flexed all the small straw sections and added constraints and drive. It is proved that rotation speed between 170 and 180 r/min can have great extrusion pressure.Besides that it can get the situation of force and creep of each straw sections.4)The straw forming extrusion pressure test based on 9JYK-2000 A straw briquetting machine. It takes spindle speed, moisture content, rice husk content and straw length as influence factors,and straw compression force as test index. Do single factor test and orthogonal rotation combination test based on the level division of the factors,which based on the field actual production.The result indicated that when the raw material had moisture content of 20%,rice husk content of 30%,straw length of 15 mm and spindle speed of 170r/min,the straw compression force had the optimal value of 20.407 KN.The order of contribution rate of every experiment factor on target index was obtained as follows:moisture content, straw length,rice husk content,spindle speed.The verification of the experiment shows that the relative error between the predictive values and experimental values is 1.94%,which can provide the necessary parameters for the research and the analysis of circular mold briquetting machine.In this paper,the experiment research and analysis was finished by 9JYK-2000 A straw briquetting machine with vertical ring die,which uses rice straw as raw materials.the formula of axial pressure in the extrusion process was derived by theoretical analysis,which can provide the necessary parameters for the research and the analysis of circular mold briquetting machine.Simulated the process of straw ring die extrusion molding by ADAMS, get the effect of different rotational speed on the extrusion pressure of straw briquette, get the straw forming extrusion pressure force and its Transfer model, get the influence law of the flexible straw briquettes’ creep during the forming process,which co uld provide the necessary parameters for the test research.Studied the influence law of forming factors on straw forming extrusion pressure by orthogonal rotation combination test method, and optimized the process parameters. These researches would provide theoretical basis and reference for future study the mechanism research and structure optimization.
