With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the network access in high-speed railway has become an important part in the information construction of high-speed railway. This paper proposed a wireless network access architecture in high-speed mobile scene based on 5G core technologies by analyzing the core technology in 5G, and considering both current researches of the radio access network and the particularity in high-speed mobility. A detail level analysis and working principle analysis of the proposed architecture is specified, and a mobility management strategy for this architecture is further studied. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1) An HSRAN network access architecture in high-speed mobile scene is proposed. To improve the low capacity and reduce the large handover times in current wireless access network in high-speed scene, this paper proposed an HSRAN architecture based on SDN by taking advantages of the large capacity and cloud management in 5G. The main idea of HSRAN is to use SDN technologies to virtualize a BBU pool. The BBU pool can improve the base band processing performance and solve the problem of frequent handover in high speed scene.(2) A detail level analysis and working principle analysis of HSRAN architecture is specified. Firstly, this paper analyzed the problem of multi-standard integration in high speed wireless access layer. A multi-standard integration module in HSRAN wireless access layer is designed. The multi-standard integration module separates requests in different standards and converts them into the same level stack uniformly, thus completing integration of different standards. Secondly, this paper analyzed the baseband pool formation problem in high speed baseband processing layer. A scheme to form the baseband processing pool in the HSRAN baseband processing layer is proposed. The scheme firstly separates the control and data planes of baseband processing unit, and then imports multiple BBU control logic to the control planes, thus forming the baseband pool. Matlab simulation results show that the HSRAN wireless access layer can support a variety of wireless access standards and the HSRAN baseband processing layer has a stronger baseband processing performance than the distributed baseband processing units.(3) Studied the mobility management of HSRAN network in high speed scene, including handover management and load balancing management. The handover management mainly solves the frequency handover problem by constructing a virtual baseband processing pool with SDN virtualization technologies. To complete the load balancing management, this paper proposed a PLB algorithm. PLB algorithm firstly divide HSRAN network into three sub network by using the real-time location of high-speed train, then adjust different load balance algorithm according to the request arrival feature in different sub network. At last this paper made simulation experiments in Matlab. Simulation results show that the HSRAN network in high speed scene has a good performance management in high speed handover and load balancing.
