For the development of a new high-speed rotating projectile, the state of bore moment and the initial velocity of the muzzle are the important factors affecting the range. On the design of exterior ballistic, the projectile speed and stability of it have very important significance to the safety of the fuze.Because of its own characteristics and the environment is very bad, the dynamic parameters of the projectile are very difficult to obtain. In this paper, based on a new type of magnetic sensor(flexible thin film coil) of the whole ballistic speed test missile storage system, the modulation signal of the rotation angle and other dynamic parameters can be accurately measured. On the basis of dynamic parameter modulation signals of type A and type B and elastic load acceleration signal of the projectile, the projectile muzzle flash motion is analyzed. With the short-time stability characteristics of projectile angular velocity modulation signal, a joint reconstruction algorithm based on wavelet threshold to noise and EMD is proposed to calculate the initial velocity of projectile. A joint reconstruction algorithm based on windowed wavelet threshold to noise and EMD is put forward, which effectively solves the problem of the signal baseline drift of the whole trajectory circuit test and restrain the noise in the signal, and obtains the ballistic frame average rotation angular velocity based on the frame of the FFT. The HHT is used to make time-frequency analysis to the signal of projectile modulated parameters after baseline correction, and to try to extract the information of nutation.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1) The signal characteristics of exterior ballistic projectile are studied, which include the mechanical environment analysis of the projectile and relevant theory on the rotation of the projectile.(2) The theory on the whole ballistic test signal of the flexible film coil is analyzed, and the geomagnetic sensor acquisition module of the whole ballistic missile borne testing system is introduced.(3)The wavelet threshold denoising and the decomposition and reconstruction of EMD of the signal are studied. According to the projectile missile borne real test data of type A and type B, a joint algorithm of wavelet threshold denoising and EMD reconstruction based on windows is proposed on the muzzle velocity in the process of extracting, which effectively solves the problem of baseline drift of circuit test system, and obtains relatively pure rotation curves.(4)The algorithm of HHT time frequency analysis is studied. Use HHT theory to make time frequency analysis to the corrected rotation curve, and the instantaneous angular velocity of the signal is obtained as a result.
