The flight characteristics of the military aircraft is important, but the viability in a war environment is much more crucial in the furture. And the invisibility of the aircraft is direct relative to the military. RCS(radar cross section) analysis is a very important basic research of the aircraft invisibility technosphere, it has become a key task of aircraft research and designer all over the world. The systematic study of aircraft invisibility has been conducted for more than 50 years, the invisibility of the stronger scattering source has been designed comparative maturity, than the lower scattering source structure on the surface of the aircraft became a key point to the designers of the imvisibility aircraft.Compare with the traditional test method, numerical modeling do not restricted to place or budgeting problems. With the development of the computer technology and electromagnetic numerical method, numerical modeling method has been extensive used. This text introduced the numerical modeling method of electromagnetic discontinuities research at first, especially the iterator and preconditioner. Direct at the far-ranging Krylov subspace method-GMRES, Via retain the eigenvector of the unrestrat Krylov subspace to speed up the iterative process. Then use the two-step preconditioning to promote the preconditioner effect, thereby speed up the solve speed.Then, introduced a few typical electromagnetic discontinuities on the surface of aircraft. Ues the improved numerical method to simulationg calculate them, include the gaps, steps, and holes on surface plate and NASA almond. Through different polarization mode and different angels, a study was made about the RCS influence of this structures. At last, provide a few common RCSR technology for this electromagnetic discontinuities, include some appearance alter method and material filling method. The result could supply a few reference about the invisibility aircraft design.
