Building in public energy conservation, in which HVAC system plays an important part, is a systemic engineering. The construction and air-conditioning’s energy conversation is based on the research, development and implementation of energy conversation technology. The supporting of relating government departments is the guarantee which improves energy conservation, environment and society benefit sharply, promoting economy to develop fast.The Paper studies the control of air conditioning energy saving based on the actual need, which is a control method of air conditioning energy saving that based on the relationship of the "supply and demand", which adds fairly important values both theoretically and practically to this field. The Paper hereon makes an introduction of Omni directional vision sensor (ODVS) as Detection technique, and uses the ODVS to detect the indoor "need "which represents the actual number of indoor people. And according to the actual "need", the Paper implements the real-time duty cycle control, which tries to solve the current control Problems of uncomfortableness, slow responding speed and energy inefficiency.This paper presents the design and Realization of the complete process of the Intelligent Air conditioning System Based on Building Environment Temperature Sensing. Design research analysis the system theory basis and user needs. By utilizing the design method of nature similarity, the author design the two main hardware products, proceeding from three aspects- experience design, technology integration and form design. Finally built the prototype system, and make forward a design of business model design ideas.
