Wind power is clean and renewable energy, vigorously develop renewable energy is the need of reasonable adjustment of power structure, also is an important component of China’s energy development strategy, wind power has already become one of the largest scale of usage and highest technical maturity of renewable energy. The randomness and intermittent of wind, determines its must needs to be accompanied by the conventional energy to meet the requirements of power supply by grid continuously, and should be included in the whole framework of the power grid to make power plan into uniformly and operate orderly. In this paper, from the wind power injection model, improve the ability of wind power given measures and mechanism as well as wind power coordinates with grid planning to do this research and has obtained some certain achievements.The method of wind power prediction, and also analyzes the wind power output fluctuation characteristics of space and time scales and based on the wind power time series and neural network prediction and longitudinal moment probability distribution of wind farm output characteristics were studied on the basis of this chapter puts forward a new method of analyzing the characteristic of the wind power output probability distribution. Based on the measured data, statistics the active power and active power changing regular of wind farm every day in a year, to obtain the probability distribution of the corresponding time points results on specific time point. And also making the check for the mentioned longitudinal moment of the proposed wind power output probability distribution function of the applicability, and the result is good.The load characteristics of the use of electric cars and the grid technology in harmony with the wind power to raise the capacity of wind power given methods and puts forward the consideration of wind energy storage system to adapt to the energy storage capacity of the power grid dispatching decision optimization model; The model is based on adapting to the power grid dispatching operation plan, the wind farm power output time reference at the same time and wind farm to abandon the influence of wind energy and energy storage system loss, investment in energy storage and wind power system operation cost minimum cost as the objective function, building a battery energy storage system optimization decision model based on the energy storage capacity, and applied the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve. This method makes the output of the wind power through action of energy storage system to achieve smooth output at different time periods to implement effective connection with the existing scheduling operation mode of energy storage system, at the same time to achieve the best economic benefits.The consideration of the grid planning model of large-scale wind power connected to grid and the grid coordinate planning algorithm. And simulates in 18 nodes system, the simulation analysis shows the method by an example considering such as the uncertainty of the future generation, wind power output volatility and the information of uncertainties of load, considering both safety and economic of the planning scheme. Solving by genetic algorithm method according to the given N-1 static safety overload probability value, the obtained more flexibility and adaptability planning in the uncertainty of the future environment.Develops software based on the probability model of wind power injection of power grid planning. The software consists of the grid planning program and the planning evaluation scheme. With the improved genetic algorithm as the core optimization method to realize the grid planning, the data envelopment analysis method based on constraint cone to evaluate planning scheme. It can achieve grid planning and planning scheme evaluation with wind power stays in the grid, and the operation is simple and practical.
