When automobile engine is working, the percentage of energy of exhaust gas in the total amount of fuel burning reaches 25%-45%, so using automobile exhaust gas remaining energy reasonably as driven heat source for cooling purpose is an ideal scheme of waste heat recovery and utilization, and will improve the dynamic property and fuel economy, satisfy people’s comfortableness requirements for automobile.The way of heat transfer existing in the packing rectifying tower was analyzed, and the mass transfer coefficient and mass transfer rate equation of gas film and liquid film was listed, and packing height calculation was obtained. The work cycle and thermal process of ammonia water absorption refrigeration system were analyzed, and ammonia water absorption refrigeration energy mathematical model, the state equation and thermodynamic parameters expression were set up, and the heat exchange process of absorption refrigeration cycle fluid and the influencing factors of ammonia water rectifying process were analyzed.The structures of evaporator and condenser of ammonia water absorption refrigeration system were analyzed and designed, and the design and calculation methods of evaporator and condenser were provided for design calculation.Using ANSYS software, the fluid flow condition in the pipeline of generator and the distribution condition of temperature field and heat flow rate of generator in the packing rectifying tower were simulated. According to the simulation result and the space arrangement condition inside the generator, suitable pipeline structure was chose to reduce the energy loss in the process of exhaust gas flow and realize the full use of exhaust gas energy, and the simulation result confirmed that the generator has compact structure and well heat transfer performance.Packing rectifying tower has the characteristic of simple structure, small volume, low cost and easy to install, which was designed in foundation of the structure of continuous air-distillation packed tower and according to the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioning and automotive dimensional limitation, And the device reaches the design requirements.
