Due to the requirements of the production process, there are Several different stable operating modals during in the production process, the process is called multi-modal production process, characteristics of each modal in the process is not different, and switching between the different modals appears frequently. Complex industrial process modeling and optimization methods in general difficult to apply to multi-modal process. Study the modeling and optimization method of multi-modal industrial process, has an important significance to improve the production stability and production efficiency of multi-modal industrial process.For multi-modal production process, there are the characteristics of each mode. Data of transition mode and stability does not exist strictly either-or, attributes of different modal space control variable data density distribution significantly different, according to these features, select fuzzy C. algorithm, and the method of introducing the weighted density, to realize of multi-modal data fuzzy clustering analysis and modal division, laid the foundation for the transition modal study. Use of RBF-ARX model for different models divided into separate modeling, simulation analysis, the conclusions of good accuracy and stability by modeling transition and stable modal.Through the analysis of the transition process, According to the different of transition time for the transition process, summarized the transition process two types to identify and uncertainty, research on these two different transition modal alone. Focus on the transition process of transition time and resource consumption, using the idea of cost function to build different optimization objective function, consider the requirement of process and the produce ability of equipment, we set constraints for optimization model.learning the calculation method combined iterative planning and iterative genetic algorithm, to solve the optimization problem on multi-modal production process including time identify transition process.Based on the idea of Double-Deck optimization strategy, solving the problem on multi-modal production process including of time uncertain transition process. We get two good solution about that two different problem.
