As unmanned planes have enjoyed a wide application in battlefields, in order to improve their accuracy in hitting targets, as well as the operational effectiveness, this thesis puts forward an accuracy-inspecting method with PSD position sensor as its detecting platform, makes derivations based on the current theories, and also establishes relevant mathematic models.Based on the theories of PSD position sensor, and further understandings of lateral photo effect, the writer establishes a resistance capacitance network equal to PSD, derives corresponding mathematic formulas according to relevant circuit knowledge, and conduct simulations of the formulas with mathematic software, among which, the theory that there is a similar linear relation between phase difference of output signals and positions of light spots. This lays a theoretical foundation of spots-position inspecting with the method of phase difference detection. Integrating with the aiming methods of unmanned planes, the writer establishes a experimental system based on PSD, which is used to inspect the aiming positions of the two light beams of unmanned planes, designs corresponding circuits used to deal with signals, and establishes a rational experimental framework. The experiment shows that the position-detecting method of light spots based on phase differences can meet the needs of accuracy-inspecting of unmanned plane aiming systems. As the circuits used to deal with signals are quite structured, we can modify at any time, and improve the system practicability.
