Porous oil holding carrier is an important component of the aviation and aerospace vehicle bearings. The space environment is complex, and the oil film between the friction pairs of bearing and the loss of oil film is serious, which reduces the rotation precision and the service life of the bearing. So adding pore forming agent to preparate high oil content of porous materials, and using carbon nanotubes as additives to improve the oil-bearing properties, mechanical properties and friction wear properties of porous materials, and studying effects of formulation and process parameters on the properties of porous polymer material, and obtaining method of preparating new type oil storage materials.Aiming at the problems of keeping high oil content and high strength at the same time, carbon nanotubes were used as additives to improve the oil content of carbon nanotubes. The infiltration of carbon nanotubes and lubricating oil was studied by using the method of wetting theory and experiment. The short fiber reinforced polymer theory was applied to the carbon nanotube filled polymer, and the enhancement effect of carbon nanotubes on the polymer porous materials was studied. Study on the lubrication theory and lubrication model of carbon nanotube filled polymer porous materials.According to the working environment aircraft of the bearings is complex, this paper with phenolic resin and polyimide as matrix resin, take carbon nanotubes as additive innovational, by changing the formulation and process parameters, preparation of carbon nanotubes filled polymer porous material with hot pressing and cold pressing sintering method. The specimen density analysis, scanning electron microscope observation of surface morphology and structure of aggregating state to determine a polymer as matrix materials which has better performance and may meet using requirements in complex space environment.The factor influencing performance of carbon nanotube filled polymer porous material was complex. In this paper, preparate a series of carbon nanotubes filled polymer porous specimens by changing material formulation and process parameters. Study the impact of carbon nanotube content, the content of pore forming agent, temperature and pressure on the oil-bearing properties, mechanical properties and wear resistance of test pieces, and observe specimen surface morphology and aggregation state structure in scanning electron microscope. Analysis wear scar width variation, and study the wear condition and the reason of the action principle of carbon nanotubes.
