The organic polymer solar cell has become one of the hotpots because of its low cost, light weight, solution processable. However, compared with the conventional inorganic solar cell device, organic solar cell has poor stability and its carrier mobility is low, etc. These disadvantages limit the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the organic solar cell devices. So interface modification in organic solar cell and the organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell come into being. In this paper, we apply AC impedance spectroscopy to analyze organic and hybrid solar cells. Through the analysis of AC impedance spectra of polymer photovoltaic devices, capacitance- frequency characteristics, capacitance- voltage characteristics, we obtain the information of carrier mobility.The main research contents are as follows:We made impedance spectroscopy research on organic solar cells, with device structures of ITO / P3HT: PCBM / Mo O3 / Al and ITO / modified layer / P3HT: PCBM / Al. We used the equivalent circuit model to analyze AC response of such blends thin film devices.We used electro-deposition method and deposition method to prepare a dense silver sulfide nano-film. In order to determine the best preparation process parameters of compact silver sulfide nano-film, we researched film morphology and crystal structure of different electro-deposition conditions and evaporation conditions. We realized on the condition that deposition voltage 4 V, deposition time 3 min, p H = 3 and no citric acid, we can get high crystallinity, good surface quality silver sulfide nano-film. On the condition of the deposition process we also can get high crystallinity, good surface quality silver sulfide nano-film.Impedance spectroscopy research on organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells, with device structures of ITO / P3HT: Ag2S(electrodeposition) / Al and ITO / P3HT: Ag2S(evaporation) / Al. We use the cole-cole graph, capacitance- frequency characteristics, capacitance- voltage characteristics to analyze AC response of such hybrid devices.
