Moving magnet linear compressor, compared with the traditional reciprocating compressor can be widely applied to special occasions, need linear drive can save complex crank connecting rod structure, which saves the energy consumption of the middle of the can greatly improve the efficiency of mechanical system, and is larger than the thrust. Compared with general linear motor, single phase linear oscillation motor can be used for linear compressor, water pump and so on need reciprocating linear motion, and has the characteristics of simple structure, higher efficiency.In this paper, we study the principle of the moving magnet linear compressor used in air conditioning is:in the closed permanent magnet magnetic field, coil, into the alternating current to the piston in the magnetic field on the role of the ampere force to reciprocating motion, the prototype of the structure in the form of left and right sides is symmetrical, reducing the size of the lateral force. New type of compressor performance is superior, the structure is more reasonable and higher transmission efficiency, long piston stroke, low noise, simple structure, low cost, etc.This paper is research and optimization on the basis of a moving magnet linear compressor presented by instructor, establishes the mathematical model of the system, including electromagnetic system and mechanical vibration system. By means of equivalent magnetic circuit method and finite element method, the parameters of the motor electromagnetic field and the performance calculation; The equivalent magnetic circuit model analysis method are established on the basis of the equivalent circuit diagram, the electromagnetic thrust calculation formula is deduced, through MATLAB simulation and calculated the multiple parameters, optimal current were obtained by orthogonal test method and solution than thrust; Motor was established by applying the finite element software, finite element model, obtained the motor internal lines of magnetic force and magnetic induction intensity distribution and evolution patterns in the compressed gas inside the cylinder, the parameters of the machine structure design calculation. Get rid of the traditional linear oscillation motor driven compressor compressor, motor rotation movement into linear motion of piston connecting rod, can greatly improve the efficiency of the motor and the compressor refrigeration coefficient. And linear compressor piston stroke and the clearance volume can be adjusted by the input voltage, so as to realize the continuous adjustment of gas, make they can maintain high efficiency compressor within the whole working condition.
