Because of increasing high-capacity, high-parameter units with the continuous development of power technology, increasing coal, water and other energy we have consumed serious. Severe water shortage in our country, the traditional water-cooled unit of water consumed water serious, the solution to the problem is air cooling technology. Therefore with the proportion accounted for a lot of air cooling unit thermal power plants in our country, air-cooling technology has also been developed unprecedented. Important part of air-cooled island system is air-cooled island control system. In the article, classification air cooling technology is introduced and air cooling system and the cooling system is relative. The actual construction of two 600 MV Shahe air-cooled power plant units, the process, major equipment, DCS hardware devices, automatic adjustment, logical sequence, interlock protection logic and Alarm function of air-cooled island control system are introduced. Then, combined with the problems during commissioning and operation, automatic adjustment, interlock protection logic and logical sequence are optimized and improved. Valuable experience is provided for dealing with similar problems.
