The power plant construction is a very huge cost of the project.It is related to the national economy and people in all aspects of life.Power plant site selection is the prerequisite for sustainable development.It can not noly shorten the construction period and reduce the cost,but also can improve the rationality,reliability and economy in long-term production operation of the power plant.Therefore,a reasonable choice of the power plant site has a far influence in the development of future power plant.On the basis of being fully aware of the importance of power plant,this paper studies the Yongzhou power plant site selection.Firstly,the article introduces the research background and significance of the Yongzhou power plant site selection,as well as research status of the location of power plant site selection.Secondly,the article introduces some theories and methods of power plant site selection, such as the basic concept of the power plant site selection,including the basic concepts of power plant and power plant site concept,tasks and features of the power plant site selection,principles and considerations which should be noted,and the basic program of power plant site selection,power plant siting evaluation method which includes the basic concepts of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and so on.Thirdly,the paper builds a site index system of Guohua Yongzhou power plant site selection,including principles of indicator selection,evaluation system,meaning of evaluation indicator,indicator evaluation criteria.Fourth,this paper applies fuzzy AHP in the comprehensive evaluation of Guohua Yongzhou power plant site selection,including AHP to determine the weight of each index which includes the determination of one-level index weight and two-level index weight,analysis of each index which includes analysis of transportation,analysis of hydrometeorological,analysis of water supply,analysis of ash storage field,analysis of seismic,geological and geotechnical engineering condition.Finally,the article describes the expert scoring table for each indicator and it carries out comprehensive evaluation of power plant siting.Studies have shown that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has a strong practical value in power plant site selection.And this method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative that has some reference value in improving the comprehensiveness,scientific and accuracy of the plant site selection.
