With the rapid development o f global information technology, the information technology has rapidly penetrated into all areas of society and economy. At the same time, the weighing technology as an important means of measure ment has been widely used in various industries, and the measuring instrument represented by the weighing scales has been used in the production and circulation enterprises, which plays an important role in the process of ensuring product quality and impro ving enterprise sufficiency. However, the majority of the enterprises in our country still adopt the traditional mode of weighing management, relying on manual meter reading system for weighing statistics. This mode has a lot of problems, such as less measurement information, slow transmission speed,long processing cycles, low efficiency and so on. Therefore, realizing the automation, the informatization, high speed and convenient management of enterprise measurement data is the inevitable requirement of modern enterprise management.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the weighing management system and the development trend of weight management technology, the weighing management system has been designed, which is suitable for small and medium sized enterprises. The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Introduced the development status of weighing technology and weighing management software, described the background and significance of this paper, and analyzed the existing problems and development trends of weight management system.(2)The hardware design of the weighing management system: the system is designed by the modular method, which is divided into the Zigbee wireless communication module, the RFID card reader module and the electronic weighing module. The wireless communication module is composed of the coordinator and end device. TI’s system-on-chip CC2530F256 is adopted as the core of this module, which is not only used to build the wireless network, but also as the main control chip of other two modules. MFRC522 is chosen as the read/write card chip of RFID card reader module. HX711 is selected as the A/D converter chip of electronic weighing module.(3)The software design of the weighing management system: the software system is realized by the hierarchical method, which is divided into application layer, the system function layer and data management layer. The application layer mainly includes the design of RFID read-write card program, electronic weighing program, serial port communication program and so on. The function layer mainly includes the design of wireless data communication program based on Z-stack. And the computer weighing management software belongs to the data management layer.
