The metal rubber damper with strong ability of bearing damping characteristics, goodshock resistance, high temperature resistant, good low temperature resistance, corrosionresistance and good performance,especially, it is appropriate to apply to military power, suchas poor working environment. And the metal rubber block is the elasticity of the metal rubbershock absorber parts, metal rubber damper is good vibration damping performance of keycomponents. Therefore, to carry out the analysis and evaluation on the performance of metalrubber network block research to improve the performance of metal rubber shock absorberand the life has the vital significance.In this paper, the metal rubber piece of wire material selection principle, metal wirewoven mesh weaving process, metal rubber piece of cold stamping molding process andimprovement are studied. The metal rubber is studied through the experiment and simulationnetwork physical properties, including: relative density, tangent modulus and energyconsumption factor. In addition,we are analyzed the static characteristics of metal rubbernetwork block and the dynamic characteristics and their influencing factors.According to the characteristics of metal rubber network block, based on the theory ofspring, on the piece of metal rubber network modeling and infinitesimal, draw a piece ofmetal rubber network within the elementary unit of constitutive equation, the stress of blockof metal rubber network theory analysis research, calculated the bearing surface and the stressin theory the infinitesimal unit mechanical constitutive equation; The metal rubber nonlinearequations for the Fourier series expansion, the linear dynamic equation of metal rubber isobtained; The Masing model and its principle is derived for nonlinear double broken linemodel simplified, established the deformation of metal rubber network block and thenonlinear model of restoring force;Introducing artificial neural network for the metal rubbernetwork parameter to forecast, and the realization of this method is verified by experiment.
