Shield tunneling machine is a specialized underground tunnel excavation for the construction of large-scale high-tech equipment. It has excavated fast, high-quality, safe, economical and conducive to environmental protection and reduces labor intensity advantages. The traditional shield based mainly circular section, but with the continuous development and utilization of underground space, people function tunnels proposed new requirements, diversification has become a shield tunnel section of future trends. Processed using traditional round shaped face tunnel shield.They tend to result in low utilization section, a waste of space and other defects. The use of profiled cross-section to reduce the excavation area, reducing the amount of backfill to increase efficiency and space utilization, so that the tunnel construction technologies become more advanced. For this reason, the design and development of complex cross-shield structure is a major issue this study addressed the urgent need for all countries.This thesis presents a new shield cutter shaped cross-section structure, and established a cross-section of the cutter mining model. Taking into account the need to pay a larger field trials economic costs and assume a higher security risk, developed a simulation test system, the test system can be excavated cross-section of the complex soil, sand and other soil simulate typical rectangular openings type, etc..Then, using MATLAB software to determine the design parameters of the test bench, test bench and structural design of the main components checked. ANSYS Workbench software platform based on the test bench mechanical structure for static analysis, observation and the carrying capacity of the main components of stress and deformation distribution and structural improvements.Detailed analysis of the test rig moves required to determine the program of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, hydraulic system design schematics, consult the relevant manufacturers product samples, selected the appropriate hydraulic components models.
