3D printing has become a new manufacturing technology which has theindustrial revolution significance. With the continuous development of3D printingtechnology, high precision, the desktop will be an important developing direction of3D printing device. The research for3D printing device driver technology has notonly very important academic value, but also has very broad market space.This paper gives a in-depth analysis of the structure of3D printing device,working principle, operation process. And based on two core technologies of3Dprinting-the stepping motor drive technology and the print head temperature controltechnology, the system overall design scheme is given in this paper. By usingmicrocontroller based on the ARM kernel, a3D drive control system hardwareplatform is designed which can control the experimental prototype of3D printingdevice to achieve from three-dimensional physical model files to take shapesuccessfully. The system mainly consists of the stepper motor driver module, the3Dprinting head temperature control module, the LCD display module and thecommunication interface module. Various modules and their circuit principlediagrams in the system are detailed introduced.On the control strategy, in the basis of research on the fuzzy PID controlalgorithm and the stepping motor subdivision driver algorithm, the closed-looptracking control of the print head temperature and infinite subdivision driving ofstepper motor control is achieved which can improve the stability and accuracy of3Dprinting device and make the3D printing device to realize high precision printing. Atthe same time, this paper also presents a variational drops unit capacity and steplength correlation algorithm which can improves the printing speed on the premise ofnot affect printing precision. In this way, the system solves the print accuracy andprint speed contradictory problem and improves the efficiency of printing.
