The vibration of barrel is a complex process in the launching process.The clearance between the barrel and projectile, gear meshing of the elevating mechanism,have a great impact on the barrel vibration. Meanwhile, the high temperature and highpressure gas effect on the barrel bore, make the barrel thermal expansion and static bending,change the clearance between projectile and barrel, Have a great influence on the firingaccuracy. In this paper, in view of the above situation,to study the influence factors of firingaccuracy.(1) based on multi body dynamics and launch dynamics, the dynamics analysis ofartillery launch process,which using ADAMS software and Workbench software on unitedsimulation. Thinking of three factors effecting on the muzzle vibration, which are theprojectile mass center offset, the meshing gap of elevating mechanism and the meshing gapbetween Liner and barrel, and analysis of the influence of coupling many factors on the barrelvibration.(2)When firing barrel bore occurred three kinds of heat transfer condition,heatconduction, thermal radiation and convection.The thermal conditions is complex. In thispaper,only think of the Influence of thermal convection on the barrel of propellant burninggas, analyse the barrel thermal conditions, to establish finite element analysis model ofbarrel thermal. Get the result of internal and external temperature distribution of barrel, thetemperature curve and three-dimensional temperature field distribution. Get ready for furtherstudy.(3)Using the thermodynamic and structural mechanics, analyse the statics question of thebarrel which under the condition of heat. Thinking of heat evenly and unevenly, andcombined with two typical cases of heat radiation and conduction,analysis of thermalstructure coupling field by Workbench software. Get the results of barrel heating bending, shows that when barrel continuous launch after a period of time, The different temperature ofthe cross section of the tube and heated barrel will produce large static bending.(4)In order to further study the gun tube heating effect on firing accuracy, application ofbarrel projectile barrel coupling model. Using the thermodynamic and dynamics,modalanalysis of barrel and thinking of different temperature field barrel heating, get result of thecurve of Barrel heating,show that the more barrel temperature increased,the more fluctuationlarger and frequently.The research of this paper can make a reference for barrel vibration and static bending ofthermal barrel study, make the foundation for the dynamic analysis of the thermal barrel.
