Automatic transmission oil pump performance directly affects the stability of the hydraulic system, and is closely related to the stability of the noise and vibration automatic transmission and hydraulic system of its own. So inappropriate parameter selection of the pump will make hydraulic system generate traffic pulsation, eventually leading to the automatic transmission to produce excessive vibration and noise. Therefore, in the design of the pump, be sure to thoroughly research the characteristics of its parameters, and make sure the pump displacement per unit volume of the largest and the smallest flow pulsation.Multi-tooth difference cycloid gear pump have more compact structure, large displacement and smaller flow pulsation. In the chemical industry and machinery industry, multi-tooth difference cycloid gear pump is widely used in range of applications. So we can put multi-tooth difference cycloid gear pump mounted dual-clutch automatic transmission, and optimize the flow pulsation, the shape, size, and displacement., selecting the appropriate gear pump parameters. Then, we can use CAE analysis technology dynamics to simulate the dynamic performance of the pump and make structural optimization, basing on the principles of vibration and noise reduction.In this paper, we make related research about the gear pump and brief overview of the development of domestic gear pump, comparing the various types of gear pumps. First, we study gear meshing theory of multi-tooth difference cycloid gear pump.Use graphics software to establish three-dimensional of multi-tooth difference cycloid gear pump. Because outline curve of cycloid gear is more complex, designers will take up too much time and energy to establish3D model. So we should make secondary development for the three-dimensional software, making the modeling process interface and simplified. The parameters selection of cycloid gear affect directly the performance of the gear pump, so we need to make parameter optimization. In this paper, we make parameter optimization for cycloid gear pump based on the target of lower flow pulsation, larger unit volume emissions. And developed a software interface that makes theoretical basis for selecting parameters. Finally, we make modal analysis for cycloid pump through finite element method. We extract and analysis of each mode vibration type, determining the main form of vibration. We make reasonable structure design based on the purpose of damping for the pump. We verify that the structural design is reasonable based on kinetic analysis of the final structure.
