As one of modern urban rail transit, Metro has burden more and more important tasks. From the aspects of urbanization, energy, efficiency and environment, subway has many characteristics such as large volume, high speed and low pollution and low energy consumption. This is accord with the principle of sustainable development. Development of urban rail transit is better to ease traffic pressure, promote the city economy and the rapid social development, thus it in the rapid development and get the favour of people. Now, the whole world has more than100cities have more than300metro lines, the total length more than6000km. At present, more than30cities have built or building urban rail transit in china.Although subway could relieve urban traffic, once fire, the consequences will be severe. So, it is important to analysis the subway fire smoke movement, ventilated exhaust and emergency evacuation problems.About fire research, mainly has experimental research and simulation. Advantages of the simulation research are consumption less, short cycle and repeatability. With the development of the computer, numerical simulation method has been widely adopted. The method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has obvious advantages for fire smoke modeling study. The paper uses PyroSim fire simulation software and PathFinder personnel evacuation software to simulate the fire in subway.Subway fire is unsteady turbulent combustion process, and the gas flow is three-dimensional, unsteady turbulent flow process. The paper build up the mathematical model analysis of fire smoke numerical simulation base on subway fire possibility and analysis of combustible. Establish the station of geometric model as line2of shenyang metro. Using PyroSim software simulates the fire smoke movement rule at different position and different strength of fire. Measure the spread of fire smoke scope, temperature and toxicity data, and systematically analyzing the data whether comply with "Code for design of metro". At the same time, using the PathFinder software simulated personnel evacuation scene, according to different fire conditions. Analysis whether person could arrive at safety area at stipulate time, according to "Code for design of metro". Assessment fire prevention and evacuation design of Shenyang subway station. And puts forward some suggestions to smoke extraction system improve. Further control the effect of harmful factors.
