Railway locomotive axle is crucial in locomotive direction of parts,Because of this, the shaft of the manufacturing quality, especially the axle and wheel assembly quality directly affect the safety of locomotive running. Railway locomotive axle is crucial in locomotive direction of parts.Shaft with the phenomenon of stress concentration area and fretting wear phenomenon often cause crack of mating surface, thus seriously affect its fatigue strength.So the shaft processing and assembling work research has obtained the railway departments attach great importance to.Previous study of wheel pressure equipment for cold pressing process and hot set technology research installation,For the study of the hydraulic loading injection is limited to being connected curve and failure wheel on the experience of the relationship between research,And try to borrow the improvement of technology, etc. And according to the specific process of axle note hydraulic loading,And the resolution of the mechanism,Haven’t seen a research report.Based on the finite element simulation for hydraulic loading process,Clear the note of the hydraulic loading process in detail,The formation mechanism of pressed curve.Note after the completion of the hydraulic loading are analyzed with area of stress distribution and the shaft micro slip under bending load.This paper studies the main content is mainly composed of the following five aspects, it is respectively:(1) according to the actual locomotive plant to provide drawings, establish overall wheel, the model for the wheel to the process of being connected in content, on the wheel to the model of simplified effectively;(2) step by step gradually change analysis and analysis of the friction coefficient, simulate the process of the injection hydraulic loading, is obtained and the actual curve of pressure equipment installation of qualified installation, accurately describes the detailed process of hydraulic loading injection;(3) on the premise of clear note hydraulic loading process, change the wheel with the amount of interference, the stress distribution state of wheel shaft after the completion of the installation has made the detailed analysis, then consider elastoplastic, finite element analysis was carried out on the installation process, and the elastic and elastoplastic analysis results are compared;(4) of hydraulic loading on the shaft of the three dimensional analysis, and on the premise of complete installation, impose bending load on axle, axle with the stress concentration phenomenon and local micro slip phenomenon made quantitative analysis;(5) compared to the amount of four different interference shaft bending load on the stress concentration phenomenon and micro slip, it is concluded that the amount of interference with mating parts and interference with the relationship between stress concentration with the relationship between the local micro slip surface.Results show that the axle assembly of oil filled pressure equipment mainly throughthree stages:in the process of lubrication cold stage, no lubrication cold stage, stage of the oil film pressure equipment. Note hydraulic loading assembly is completed, the resulting with the stress distribution of shaft hub with the edge of the area and oil tank area appear more severe stress concentration phenomenon. In shaft subjected to bending load analysis process, the shaft hub with the micro slip can coordinate with the shaft decreases with the increase of the amount of interference, but with the increase of shaft with the amount of interference, shaft mating surface edge stress concentration phenomenon will be more and more serious. Cooperate with the micro slip and edge stress concentration phenomenon is the main factor of mating surface micro damage, thus has important effect on fatigue properties of matching parts. This needs in the process of the actual assembly adopts the optimal amount of interference.
