Study On Construction Safety Management Of High-rise Building

As a pillar industry of the country’s economic development, construction industry plays an irreplaceable role in social development. For some large and medium-sized cities, urban construction land is increasingly tense, and the development of high-rise buildings has became the only way to solve the housing difficulties. Compared with ordinary low-rise buildings in high-rise building, there will be a new challenge in the process of management and construction. Each year of high-rise building safety accidents frequently occur in the process of construction, which becomes an important factor affecting the safety of high-rise construction. Attaching great importance to the construction safety accident to promote economic construction of our modernization drive and the spiritual civilization construction is of great significance.This paper takes Qingzhou Longsheng garden17story apartment building project as an example, the use of safety system engineering and construction project management theory, analysis of accident types may and the reason causing the accidents that may occur during the construction of the project in high-rise buildings, and the use of accident tree, event tree, fishbone diagram and other methods for high fall, collapse etc. construction accident for further analysis, judge the direct cause of such accidents and indirect cause, analysis of risk may be encountered in the construction process and the resulting consequences. To meet the specific circumstance, considering various influencing factors, which puts forward the feasibility of solution.By tracking the construction process of high-rise building, in-depth study of the construction of the each link, summarizes some rules. There are a number of high-rise building construction safety at home and abroad, by reading that solve the problem of general steps:first to identify and determine of hazard types, affecting various risk factors of high-rise construction, and then select the most appropriate solution, establish a complete safety evaluation index system to solve all kinds of problems. In this paper, the main research work include: (1)to determine the factors affecting the safety of high-rise construction, and qualitative.(2)with the method of fault tree analysis and risk analysis in advance to have qualitative hazards are analyzed.(3) through the establishment of safety evaluation system, the factors affecting the safety construction of high-rise building construction safety were analyzed, and puts forward concrete strategies and Suggestions.
