Because the large-span structure has low natural vibration frequency, large flexibility and small damp, it can not only meet the various demands of human keep pace with the times, but also provide a stage of their imagination and creativity for designers, so the large-span space structure has become the top priority for the development of modern construction.For large-span roof structure, it is generally low and in the atmospheric boundary layer regional of higher turbulence and bigger wind speed change. Moreover, this structure has complex form and mostly is irregular surface form which has complex role of air power. So the large-span roof structure is sensitive structure to wind load. Therefore, in the design of the large-span roof structure, wind load is the main load. What’s more in many cases, the wind load is also important, even than seismic action influencing the structural stability, safety and economy. And it is often seen the reports that at home and abroad modern large-span building structures are damaged by wind load. Also at present the theory research of wind resistance of large-span structure is still a lot of deficiencies. So obviously it is very important to study the wind resistance of large-span roof structure. In this paper, the wind resistance of different parameters(arch and ratio of height-span) of large-span lattice arch roof structure is compared and analyzed. It would provide the reference for the further research of wind resistance of large-span structure, and be helpful for the development of wind resistance of large-span roof structure.(1)In this article, through reading a large number of literature, access to relevant information, the present situation of the research on wind resistant performance of large-span roof structure is analyzed and summarized.(2)It concretely introduces the autoregressive filter method(AR method), and uses this method to simulate the time-history record of fluctuating wind by computer numerical calculation software MATLAB programming. After summarizing mean and fluctuating wind speed, the load area of each node is calculated. Then according to the relationship between wind speed and wind pressure, the total wind load time-history record is gotten to be prepared for the wind vibration response analysis.(3)In the 3D3S11.0 software environment, the structure is designed. And by the finite element software ANSYS12.0 it establishes model, then modal analysis is carried out to grasp the natural vibration characteristics. By contrast, the influence of different weight, different ratio of height-span and different arch on the structural dynamic characteristics is studied.(4)It concretely introduces the newmark-β method, and adopts the method for time history analysis research of the wind-induced response of structure in windward direction. By the internal force of each unit and displacement response of each node it understands the wind resistance. Then through contrasting the time-histories response analysis under wind-induced vibration of different arch and different ratio of height-span, it obtains the influence law of wind resistance under above parameters, sums up the best structure in wind resistance, and puts forward suggestions for the future design.In addition, using two methods calculate the wind vibration coefficient of the structure. And through the analysis and comparison, understand the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.
