Subway construction is always in the urban underground where the pipeline intensive.Based on the characteristics of domestic subway line is not long,we often use shallow tunnel excavation method construction.But this method will inevitably cause the formation of disturbance and make the line produces additional stress and deformation.Seriously it will destroy the pipeline.The research on the shallow excavation method tunnel construction is significance,not only on the pipeline,but also the subway tunnel across the pipeline successfully.This paper based on the Line 3of Qingdao subway Lingqing interval project.Analysis the settlement date from practical measurement.Considering the relative move between pipe and soil.Set up the pipe-soil contact surface and simulate the actual bench tunneling method.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software.Simulation analysis the stress and deformed shape to pipeline.The main research contents have the following point.(1)Analysis the underground pipelines distribution rule of :Qingdao Subway Line3.From the underground pipelines distribution rule of Qingdao Subway Line 3,the depth of urban underground pipelines almost in 1~4m,the diameter is under1000 mm.Materials are mostly concrete pipe.Water supply-drainage pipes occupy a large proportion in the urban pipelines.It is impacted on resident’s lives greatly.So we should pay more attention to the study on stress mechanism and protection.(2)Analysis the measured date of the Lingqing section.The tunnel construction impact on the pipeline settlement greatly ranges from the intersection of tunnels and pipelines within 30 m.The tunnel excavation impact on the pipeline in the settlement fluctuation,ranges from tunnel center line around 15 m.In terms of the construction,the upper bench make great contributions to the pipe settlement,about 47.5%.Using ANSYS modeling analysis,the result is closed to the measured value.It shows that the model is reliable.(3)Compare the modeling method in this paper with the method of do not considering interface or considering the interface but make the pipeline equivalent to solid rectangular tube.Modeling method of this paper calculated the results can predict the pipeline actual settlement better.(4)Using the model in this paper analyzes the law of the stress and deformation of the pipeline with each parameter.
