In recent years, with the rapid development of Power semiconductor materials,the micro controller and digital signal processor prices continued to decrease, for rubidium iron boron permanent magnetic material of the high performance motor manufacturing technology improvement, and the development of control engineering.Especially, PMSM has become the developing direction of servo control in servo control field, and gradually takes place of DC motor and step motor. Besides, the composition of electric drive servo system plays a more and more important role in industry automation, agriculture automation, aerospace and other high-tech fields.However, due to the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor itself the AC servo system consist of permanent-magnet synchronous motor is easily influenced by processing of discrete rate, the external load disturbance and the sensor noise ect. In order to obtain permanent magnet synchronous servo system with high performance and low cost, and to improve the dynamic performance of the servo system, new control strategies and control measures should be studied and applied in the system.Firstly, according to the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and establish the three-phase static coordinate mathematical model. Then, get the mathematical model of two-phase rotating coordinate through the appropriate conversion. Thus can decouple the three phase current model, and get exciting current and torque current. Because the id=0 control mode is simple and the performance is better, so this control mode is selected as the vector control strategy. Secondly,detailed analysis of the mathematical model of the components of the PMSM servo system. Finally, according to the engineering design method of PID regulator, to complete the design of current loop, speed loop and simulate the system in matlab.For PMSM rotor requires high-precision positioning problem, using a resolver as position detection unit, and getting the rotor precise angular position information via AD2S1210 decoder. Due to the high decoding accuracy of AD2S1210, this will waste a lot of resources if using look-up table method. In this paper, an improved CORDIC algorithm was put forward to solve the sin and cos transcendental functions, and get comparatively satisfactory results.Finally, design the PMSM vector control hardware, and build control experiment platform, then verify the theory of the control algorithm.
