Nuclear power as a kind of clean energy, low cost, high capacity, no pollution, play an increasingly important role in human production and living, nuclear safety problems are also in focus. In this paper, for the realization of radioactive nuclide radiation dose simulation research and nuclear accident emergency evacuation simulation research of nuclear accident, build radioactive pollution emergency evacuation system for a nuclear power plant in nuclear accident, for Hongyanhe nuclear power plant in Liaoning province, simulate the sudden nuclear emergency evacuation. Though nuclear accident radionuclide dose partition system calculate output, we can get accident impact regional monitoring points and accident evacuation. For safe evacuation and emergency protection in nuclear accident,.the system has a certain practical significance.This paper mainly studied radioactive nuclide radiation dose estimation model of nuclear accident, emergency monitoring points method, and emergency evacuation model. Based on informational technology such as GIS, design nuclear power plant nuclear accident emergency evacuation simulation system. The system includes radiation dose estimation subsystem, emergency monitoring points subsystem, and emergency evacuation subsystem. With Hongyanhe plants in liaoning province as an example, combined with the actual meteorological, geographic conditions of Hongyanhe plants, working condition, population distribution, transportation network conditions, land use and function, realize radionuclide dose estimation, emergency monitoring points, emergency evacuation simulation for Hongyanhe nuclear power plant in nuclear accident, the output is suitable for Hongyanhe plant sudden nuclear radiation dose zoning maps, emergency monitoring points plan and emergency evacuation.The results show that emergency evacuation simulation system for the nuclear power plant in nuclear accident can effectively simulate the Hongheyan plants sudden nuclear radionuclide dose estimation and emergency evacuation. Through analysis and calculation, the system can output partition map of radionuclide doses of radiation, emergency monitoring points scheme, and resident population of shortest path length and the shortest time path evacuation plan of the impact area, and provide important basis for nuclear accident emergency evacuation, protective treatment measures.
